This interesting Japanese foodstuff (courtesy of engrish.com) reminds me of a joke I have no intention of posting (today...).It also brings to mind that scene in one of my favourite films, Christopher Guest's Best in Show, in which the gay couple behave outrageously in a deli. If I remember correctly, sausages play a fairly prominent role there too.

it might be a Japanese product, but it doesn't appear from the photo that they're selling it in Asian sizes.
